Refund & Returns Policy
Only items purchased on the Earthlette website can be returned to us for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a store, specialty online retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot refund or accept returns on used or opened items. For products you are not happy with or for change of mind we also have a 14 day returns policy and can offer a refund for items returned unused and unopened. Shipping costs are not covered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then you will be emailed regarding the refund process.

If you have a history of sensitive skin or allergic reactions, please test any product you purchase on a small area inside your wrist for 2-3 days prior to using. Skin chemistry varies from person to person. Earthlette cannot guarantee that customers will not experience skin reactions, and cannot be held responsible should any occur.
